Operating licences (38)
- When submitting a request for a technical amendment to the operating license by adding activities or changing activities or powertrains, if the required amendment is by adding activities, go to the Authority’s main headquarters to apply for issuing an environmental approval to add the required activities.
- In the event of a technical amendment to delete the activity listed in the receipt report and work on other activities, you can go to the Authority’s main headquarters to submit a request to change the activity on the receipt report (in the case of existing establishments within industrial zones).
Civil protection approval is considered an essential part of industrial licensing, whether through the advance or notification system. The difference is that in the case of a notification system license, the civil protection approval procedures are proceeded after obtaining the license.
- If the inspection is conducted and violations are found, the investor is given two weeks to come to the Authority and state his position, after which he is granted a maximum period of 180 days to fulfill the requirements of civil protection. This period may be renewed once, provided that the investor appears at the end of the period granted to clarify his position on fulfilling the requirements. On a successful basis, the deadline will be renewed according to a new timetable. If the investor does not adhere to the timetable and procedures, the license will only be canceled or the license will be canceled and the facility will be closed, depending on the circumstances.
Note: In the case of small and micro projects, the period granted to the investor to fulfill civil protection requirements is doubled.
- In case of requesting a prepaid operating license, a previous environmental approval must be submitted or an environmental impact assessment study of 3 copies + 3 CDs must be prepared.
- In the case of requesting an operating license through the notification system, it is sufficient to obtain a previous environmental approval issued for the facility or to study an environmental proposal by the guideline prepared by the Authority (download) and submit the activity change committee according to the circumstances.
